It's a free session for us to explore if we're best suited to work together. Not all people are suited to my unique insights and perspectives. These sessions are also great for any basic questions you might have. If I'm able to give some quick guidance, I will or I might be able to recommend an alternate course of action for you to consider pursuing.

Your scheduled, paid sessions are tailored to your circumstances and are an interactive experience. We  focus on your goals and your passions. We also work through the blockers you've been experiencing. I share my most relevant insights with you and open your mind to my unique perspective on recruitment and career strategy, I call Recruitology! 

These days most of us are very familiar with online video platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. In a small number of cases , sessions are completed over the phone or in person depending on the particular circumstances but these are not preferred options.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. Everything discussed is private and confidential between us. I don't ever discuss who my clients. Any disclosure that we have worked together is in the hands of my clients. For example, it they decide to recommend my services, share a review or social media post / comment mentioning working together.

The number of sessions undertaken by clients depends entirely on their own situation. Some clients have less challenging issues or are able to progress more quickly. It's a very personal process and also depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your own process. 

I'm currently working on a series of short videos focusing on the core elements of my Recruitology concept. I'm doing this in order to make it easier for people to access the information in a self-paced fashion. Videos can be replayed over and over in your own time giving you complete flexibility to learn in a way that works for you.
