We understand that sometimes things happen that are outside of our control. To help our clients manage the rare times this can happen, we've provided the following information.
Cancellations. Clients may cancel a pre-paid session and receive a full refund by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. To provide notice of cancellation please text us on 0418 819 834 or email us at hello@recruitology.com.au.
Rescheduling. Clients may reschedule a pre-paid session by notifying us at least 4 hours before their scheduled appointment time. To let us know your intention to reschedule, please text us on 0418 819 834 or email us at hello@recruitology.com.au. An alternative time for your appointment needs to be arranged within 2 weeks of your original appointment unless otherwise agreed with us in advance and in exceptional circumstances.
Late Cancellations or missed appointments. Cancellations are considered “late” when the client does not cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in the client not being entitled to a refund or rescheduling of their appointment.
Missed Appointments. If a customer misses their scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling, they will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduling of their appointment.
Refunds. Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment and we reserve to the right, at our discretion, to waive the right to a refund or rescheduling of the appointment hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
